1. Can I cancel my Booking
Depending on how far away the arrival date of your booking
is , you can cancel your booking.The costs for cancellations are listed in our terms
and conditions. It is always advisable to have adequate insurance to guard against
unforeseen events.
2. I forgot to include my Special request
( i.e. High floor, no-smoking room etc)
Please contact us at the e mail address listed
to the left. We will pass your request on to the accommodation management. We must
state that some services carry an extra charge, and you will be advised of this (sea
views, extra beds, etc).
For other requests that do not carry a charge it is solely at the discretion of the
hotel/apartment/villa and cannot be guaranteed..
3. Do I receive transport to and
from my accommodation?
GTSL is only responsible for the accommodation, any extras,
transfers, flights etc have to be arranged separately. We provide links for you to
be able to do this.
Please do not reserve your accommodation until you are sure you can get suitable flights.
